CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you cancel the reservation between up to 31 days prior to arrival, 10% of the deposit amount (only if a refund has to be processed) 30 to 22 days prior to arrival, 25% of the invoiced amount is due 21 to 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoiced amount is due 15 to 8 days prior to arrival, 75% of the invoiced amount is due 7 to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the invoiced amount is due All cancellations will be reconfirmed in writing, non receipt of a cancellation confirmation means that the reservation has not been cancelled.
